Unfortunately, the 2016 Holiday Event has been cancelled due to tragic accident. We extend our apologies for the short notice.
The Calgary Chapter of the SSEA is marking December as a special “Holiday Event” for our membership. Please join us for an hour-long video presentation about the 20th Dynasty tomb robberies and how they embody a symbolic ‘close’ to the New Kingdom in ancient Egyptian history. At this event, we plan to have a bit more variety of food and drinks as well as a more extensive book-raffle. It’s a great time to to kick back and relax to avoid the hectic backdrop of the holiday season.
